Rabbi Yosef Shlomo Miller, originally from Los Angeles and now residing in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife Elisheva and their children, is a passionate talmid chacham dedicated to mastering and teaching practical halacha. With strong familiarity in both Ashkenazic and Sephardic traditions, he founded Shulchan Aruch Yomi in 2022 to make daily halacha learning more accessible and structured.
He is the author of the comprehensive yet concise Hilchos Aveilus Dvash Yosef: Laws of Mourning, and received Semicha Yoreh Yoreh from Yeshivas Rabbeinu Yitzchak Elchanan, as well as Kabbala from Rabbi Eliyahu Ben-Haim.
In the professional sphere, Rabbi Miller is also known as Dr. Jeffrey T. Miller, D.D.S. He is a board-certified periodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, specializing in implant and gum surgery, and he serves as an expert witness in the field.

Rabbi Dovid Gilman is originally from Los Angeles and now residing in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife Symee and their children. He learned in Yeshivas Toras Moshe under Rabbi Moshe Meisleman and in Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim under Rabbi Doniel Lander. He received Semicha Yoreh Yoreh from Rabbi Zalmen Nechemiah Goldberg zt”l after years of study under leading poskim, through which he developed a broad and in-depth knowledge of halacha.
Rabbi Gilman later earned Semicha Yadin Yadin from Rabbi Elchanan Peretz (a close talmid of Hagaon Rav Scheinberg zt”l). He is a Dayan on the Beis Din Chukat Mishpat.
In addition to his Torah scholarship, Rabbi Gilman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Touro College.
Most recordings are given by Rav Yosef Miller, many are given by Rav Dovid Gilman, and some by occasional guest rabbis, such as Rav Nissan Lifschitz and Rav Shimon Conway.
